Works well, came fast.
It works well so far, I like the internal paper tray. Haven’t hooked it up to the network yet though, so I can’t say how well that aspect performs.

Can’t connect to MAC
I have tried to connect the printer to my iMac several times, unsuccessfully. I never had any such problems with my previous printers.

Quality photo printer
We received the MP620 wireless printer quickly and in good shape. It took a while to set it up and to understand its operation. With that down however, it does a good job.
