    Pleased with purchase
    I checked the price of ink refills prior to purchase. That was an important factor along with print quality ans speed.

    Does What I Need It To Do!
    My Brother MFC-210 stopped printing after the head clogged so I was skeptical about purchasing another Brother product. The MFC 210’s LCD screen was impossible to read.

    I had a brother MFC printer but it was not wireless. I had such a terrible time getting the mini=printserver to work with the printer.

    The Print and Scan job done quick and right
    Brother MFC-490CW Color Inkjet Wireless All-in-One Printer This is an excellent printer. Does the job fast and is very compact and light if you need to travel.

    Good Printer
    It achieves as I waited. No issues. Very good. But it should have come with USB cable.

    Mostly Excellent
    Overall I am very pleased with this printer. Even the draft mode is quite readable, and the “fast normal” is excellent.

    brother 490
    bought a 465 and thought it couldn’t get any better (compact, works great) even though wired. Then bought the 490 for the office and for office layouts in which wired may not…

    Nice Printer! Great Price!
    We bought this printer not long after it first came out to replace two HP’s that broke. Overall very pleased.

    Pretty Good Machine
    Overall, the Brother MFC-490CW is a pretty good machine. The print quality is not as good as the HP I had that recently died.

    Lasted about a month
    It lasted about 1 month. After a brown out, the machine would not turn on again (even though it was connected to a surge protector).
